Lighting in hospitality design is used to enhance guest experience, but what if it could also improve guests’ lifestyle? Research about nightly reading habits and their impact on one’s wellbeing led me to explore different temperatures and timing features. All of these abilities were integrated into piopi. As innovative as it is sleek, piopi satisfies user needs with complete with easy to navigate touch points. This project also allowed me to expand my Arduino coding skills and ability to manipulate small electronics to achieve a desired result.
